Post Holdings, Inc. named Maureen Mazurek as Head of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). Mazurek will lead Post Holdings’ ESG areas, including overseeing enterprise-wide environmental and social strategies including advancement of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) goals. Mazurek will report to Joe Caro, Chief Human Resources Officer and Dan Ludwig, Senior Vice President, Chief Safety and Compliance Officer.

Maureen’s proven track record of building and advancing sustainability and responsibility initiatives, combined with her corporate, human resources, supply chain and manufacturing experience makes her the right leader to guide our Post Holdings journey,” said Caro.

Mazurek comes to Post Holdings most recently from FleishmanHillard, a global public relations agency where she co-led their sustainability/ESG Practice. Her background includes more than two decades of multifaceted experience at Monsanto, where she led sustainability and also held senior positions in social responsibility/diversity and inclusion, EHS, HR, communications, supply chain and plant management.
