On March 8th, Royal Pas Reform commemorated International Women's Day, celebrating not only women but also embracing diversity across all spectrums. It recognized the importance of diversity for everyone, regardless of gender, age, background or expertise.
Why? Because it firmly believes in the power of diversity. By embracing various beliefs, experiences, philosophies and perspectives, it fosters a well-rounded team that makes better decisions, unleashes creativity and collaborates effectively.
In support of International Women's Day and to further its commitment to diversity, it organized a sponsored cycle, walk and run event. Through this initiative, it proudly raised €5,500.00 for Plan International's 'Return to sender' project. This project empowers young women by providing vocational training, paving the way for economic independence.
