Hormel Foods reveals the retirement of Pat Schwab, VP of Retail Sales–East, after a remarkable 37-year career. Darren Carter, VP of Sales Strategy, will succeed Schwab, overseeing retail sales in the Eastern U.S. PJ Connor, Group VP, Retail Sales, expressed gratitude to Schwab and confidence in Carter's leadership.
Schwab, a Cedar Falls, Iowa native, joined in 1986, progressing through various roles. Carter, with sales experience since 1996, has excelled in multiple positions, currently serving as VP of Retail Sales–East.
