Jennifer Paatelainen, M.Sc., has been appointed as the group executive vice president of human resources at Atria, effective from January 8, 2024. Paatelainen has broad working experience as HR director of international companies. She comes to Atria from Unilever, where she has worked as HR director in the Nordic organization and in the Ice Cream Business Unit in the European region.
She has been working at Unilever since 2015, and in addition, she has a long career in different areas of HR at British American Tobacco Finland Oy. As EVP of human resources of Atria Group, Paatelainen is responsible for leading the group level people agenda and its operations driving continuous development of Atria Group, its people and culture. She is a member of Atria Group's management team and reports to CEO Kai Gyllström.
