Food System Summit set in Chicago

The Center for Food Integrity will hold its 5th annual Food System Summit October 5-6 in Chicago. Titled, “Can We Trust our Food,” the event is co-sponsored with the National Council of Chain Restaurants and the International Food Information Council.

The summit will discuss issues in the U.S. food system, and ways to build consumer confidence in the food supply. Speakers will cover issues in the areas of Animal Well-Being, Technology and Innovation, Food Safety and Nutrition and Health.
