CMS adds new managers

Reicks to head ingredients, Bricker to supervise quality

CMS, also known as Carroll Manufacturing & Sales, has added Jason Reicks as ingredients market manager and Nora Bricker as quality assurance manager.

Reicks will be responsible for CMS’ new licensed spice technology and all of the company’s ingredients. He most recently served as a food scientist for a large meat processor, managing new product development for the club store markets. He previously served as marketing and technical support manager and territory sales manager at Jif-Pak Manufacturing, where he helped introduce newly developed products and supervised the development of prototype flavor options. Reicks holds a masters degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in agricultural studies from Iowa State University.

Bricker is responsible for monitoring quality and food safety procedures and standards for all incoming and outgoing products. She brings 15 years of experience in quality assurance and sanitation technology at G’Mani Crust (East of Chicago Pizza) and Richelieu Foods Inc. Prior to that, she conducted and supervised microbiology testing at the J.M. Smucker Company. Bricker holds a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from The Ohio State University.
