More than 300 participants recently took part in the annual Serbian poultry congress in the Tara mountain region despite severe snowstorms. Staff from Cobb Germany and its distributor, Iradia, spoke to those in attendance about recent developments.
The poultry magazine “Zivinarstvo’’ organized the three-day conference, which was partially held in candlelight due to gales interrupting power. Speakers included Dr. Marek Pospiech, technical consultant for Cobb Germany, James Truscott, director of Cobb Germany, and Dr. Sinisa Kljajic, Cobb Germanies technical services manager for Serbia.
Dr. Dario Bogdanovic, breeder manager from Bosnia, Agromiks, received a special award after presenting record breeding results for a flock.
