Ohio Supreme Court: Boneless does not mean without bones

An Ohio restaurant was deemed not liable for an injury that came from a bone in a boneless chicken wing.

Ohio’s Supreme Court reaffirmed its Republican majority 4-3 ruling that boneless chicken wings are not required to be without bones, which blocked a negligence lawsuit against a restaurant from going to trial, according to Cleveland.com.
