Lillian Zacky has announced the following changes to the Zacky Farms Management Team.
Mark Fisher was recently promoted to the position of Vice President of Plant Operations. Fisher has been a valued employee with the Zacky family since July 2005. Prior to employment with Zacky, Fisher worked for Foster Farms in Fresno, Calif., and Wayne Farms in Danville, Ark. Fisher will oversee two processing plants in Fresno and a further processing plant in Stockton, Calif. His contributions over the past few years have been significant and make him well prepared for this new assignment.
Mark Duarte was recently promoted to the position of Stockton Plant Manager. He has been a valued employee with the Zacky family since Aug 2002 and has earned recognition with the leadership he has demonstrated since assuming increased responsibility in the Stockton plant. Previously, Duarte worked for Diestel Turkey and Gallo Salami.
The company has plans to grow its sales with very focused initiatives in Stockton. Zacky said, “These promotions are part of Zacky Farms’ plans to grow our company and better serve our customers.”
