Stork Food Systems deboning technology

Stork Food Systems has developed Desinewed Minced Poultry technology, and the first introduction of the DMP-45 was made in Asia. The machine can be used to produce high quality meat from bones with residual meat or to de-bone B-quality parts such as damaged wings or drumsticks. The selective deboning process yields structured meat of a high quality, with a good white colour and high protein content but low in fat and calcium. These characteristics make the meat particularly suitable for hamburgers, chicken nuggets and sausages.
