The Cantrell CWCS-8400 Wing Segmenter processor is capable of processing up to 185 wings per minute on processing lines or as a stand alone application. The processor can cut tips, flats and drummetts in one location and can handle varying wing sizes. The Cantrell CWCS-8400 Wing Segmenter orients the wing at any line speed for accuracy, with the shackle transfer eliminating misfeeds. It features stainless steel doors, which offer better visibility of machine operation and easy access for adjustment. The stainless steel doors can be retrofitted to older machines.
